Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kanun.com Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Within the EU: Returns are at the customer's expense, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@kanun.com , including photos of the damage or defect. We will offer a replacement or full refund for faulty items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider. If it has been processed but you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@kanun.com , and we will investigate the issue.
